Proxomitron filter/list to set Referer depending on URL

I want to be able to set different Referer's for different URL's. I'm pretty sure this could be achieved through a new filter and a new list. The filter would match against the current URL and then compare it to the URL's in a text file list. If a match is found, it would set the referer to the matching one in the text file list (each line has URL followed by Referer to use for that URL). If it didn't match any, it would relace the referer with it's own URL (as is currently the case).

Anyone already have a filter like this or know how to implement it ?
