    I'm slightly confused.
Does SPYWAREBLASTER protect while using Outlook Express AND Internet Explorer?

If you read email messages in HTML format using Outlook Express, the viewing window is actually rendered using Internet Explorer's capabilities. If a message contained web links to spyware related ActiveX items or cookies, they could very well effect a system the same exact way as if you were going to a bad website directly in IE itself.

So, the good news is that SpywareBlaster's two protections are fully effective however IE is used or called, separately in a browser window or from within OE.

Thank you very much for the quick response.
I use BOTH for E mail because I don't want to get over the limit with my Hotmail and forced to buy additional storage
