Prompted to Submit file.htm ???

I am being prompted to submit a file called: file.htm. My logs are already set to diagnostic. I can't find this item. What is file.htm? This has happened before. No location information for the file is displayed. Just file.htm. I don't submit files without knowing what they are first. Clicking on cancel for the submission will work until it promps again at a later date (usually after a startup scan).

 

if you do not see nothing under detected threats
probably you have deleted the log files
if the file was cleaned, the infected file is in quarantine, where you can see the path where those files were found

 

If you have deleted the information of log files and files locked in quarantine, then recreating the log file by mean of a custom in depth scan could reveal the path to infected files
