promise not held!

Hello,
having read so many good things about Acronis True Image, I downloaded the 10.0 trial version and installed it on my machine. As I opened it for the first time, there was this message telling me that the trial period was over. So I decided to uninstall it but then I discovered that the option of uninstall was greyed out (in the "add/remove programs").
Can anybody help me uninstall this software?

Trial period is good for 15 days ; you should email them & explain it to them. Good luck!
