a program component update to v. 3.0.695 for users with older builds of ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3 has been released. It contains fixes and small improvements that had been incorporated in the mean time. For a list of changes read this changelog.

With program component updates (PCU) enabled (by default), you'll get a notification about available PCU 3.0.695.

After clicking Yes, the PCU will be downloaded. This process may take a while.

When done, a warning will pop up telling you to ignore warning about lowered protection during installation and avoid restarting the computer before installation completes. Click OK to install the update. This process may take several minutes depending on your hardware configuration.

Once the upgrade has competed, you will be asked to restart the computer. We strongly recommend that you do so as soon as possible so that all modules are loaded completely. Note that you may get a warning about outdated virus signature database even though the most current version is installed; this warning will disappear after the next update, when available.

A Program Component Update for older versions of ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3.x programs to v3.0.695.0 in additional languages is scheduled for later this week. When this occurs, you will be prompted to download and install this new version of the software.
