Profile Loses Password Protection

Yesterday I set a password for system configuration parameters and profile protection via Nod32 System Tools -> Nod32 System Setup. I set the Control Center Profile to scan using context menu and when launching Nod32 from control center (NOD32 option). I also checked the box for password protection. This protected the Control Center profile which had the effect of locking the profile and disabling the action and setup tabs for that profile.
Today I opened NOD32 Control center and found the Control Center Profile was NOT protected. The system configuration parameters remain protected. What could cause this ?

I have never had this problem, but did u try an uninstall/reinstall?

Also, do you have admin privledges on the machine?

Password protection for profiles works here like a charm. Couldn't it be that you removed password protection in the Control Center system setup?

 

Jaguar and Marcos, Thank you for responding. The profile protection seems to be O.K. now. I am the only account on my home computer so I believe I have administrative privileges. If I have any further problems, I will uninstall/reinstall.
