Product Updates? Own Retail TI6 with online order of TI8

    Ok, I am only seeing that I have a registered copy of TI6 because I bought this retail some time ago. Then quite awhile ago I purchased TI8 online and went ahead and registered that aswell however when I get an update I am only that I have version 6? I've tried entering my pass or key to register 8 but I am told this is already registered? Where do go from here?
