processguard and Kerio Question

Hi,

Hundred times (or more)a day i get a message of processguard from Kerio Fw

'Human Confirmation Required'

process name: C\program files\Kerio Personal Firewall 4\kpf4gui.exe

Window name: #32770

Message Type: WM_DESTROY

If removed the process in Processguard, i have added that changed all permissions but i still get this message .

How can i solve that?

Both programs PG and Kerio are with normal license (no trial)

Hi nieuwbie, Do you have Secure message Handling enabled for that .exe in ProcessGuard? If so each time the kpf4gui.exe is closed PG will require confirmation of the closure.
Kerios GUI does not really need Secure Message Handling as closing the GUI does not close the firewall.
To protect the Kerio GUI just use it's built in password facility.
