Thanks for calling this to attention.

Lasso is an excellent solution for those rare instances where someone may have a stability problem (or severe computer slow-down) caused by memory management issues.

I tried Lasso several months ago. It ran smooth as silk but did nothing for my computer. In light of Windows own more-than-adequate memory management capabilities, IMO Lasso will provide little if any real value to few if any users. But... your mileage may differ.

So over the years, this and ProccessTamer have accomplished nothing on this Pent 4, XP desktop, i.e. it still "freezes" occasionally (no malware, just to many apps!). However, this is a "Pro" version and there seems to be the implication that it will help prevent this. We'll see! I will acknowledge this however. Since I've installed it, my Sandboxie, sandboxed Firefox sessions start four to six seconds faster (i.e. complete rendering of MSN homepage and all Firefox extensions, e.g. gmail notifier, etc.) according to my stop watch.

Reinstalling those giveaways can be easily done if you monitor each first installation correctly. PM me if you want a hint to regain your ProcessLasso Pro GAOTD's license.

Btw, for me on XP Pro sp2, Process Tamer is almost as good and is free.
