I'm having lots of trouble running Spyshelter Premium with keyboard encryption enabled. The issue happens with my web browsers. With Brave - It would just not open and the log shows causes werfault.exe to run. I reinstalled Brave and it appears to be working after that.. but it's the only browser that is working. Chrome - same as Brave - it won't run and wefault.exe runs. Tried to reinstall Chrome like with Brave but it did not help. Firefox will start, but this is the weird thing, if I try and stream a video with keyboard encryption enabled in Firefox the stream never starts. It might get to 30- 40% buffer loading and then stops. Same with all streaming services. Turn off the keyboard encryption and it works fine again. Tried to reinstall Firefox but did not help. Tor - Tor will not run with keyboard encryption enabled, it reports a problem on loading. Edge - Throws a fault like Chrome. I've reinstalled Spy Shelter and the browsers that arn't working and just cannot work it out after spending almost 24 hours on it now. With keyboard encryption turned off everything runs great .. but I want the app specifically for keyboard encryption.
No problems here on Windows 10 Home 22H2 with all windows updates (tested with latest Chrome, FireFox and Edge). What OS version, SpyShelter build and security setup you have on the computer?
Running Windows 10 Home 22H2. Just windows defender AV (I'm on a VLAN behind a unified firewall). I use to run Hitman Pro on this machine but have removed it completely now for Spyshelter. I reinstalled Spyshelter again and this time things turned out a little better. It seems to turn out differently everytime I reinstall the browsers or Spyshelter. Now I have Brave running and able to stream video. Firefox runs but cannot stream video (with keyboard encryption enabled). Tor browser runs nicely now too. Edge and Chrome instantly fault. Anyway out of all that I have a usable solution.
Well still spending way to much time battling Spy Shelter. Again my browsers will not open with Key Board encryption enabled. I uninstalled and reinstall it and now lost all of the rules that I have spend a lot of time setting up. Can anyone recommend another application like Spy Shelter but that actually works or who provided updates to fix issues ? I'm only really interested in the keyboard encryption.

Thanks for your reply. I discovered what had happened was that Windows defender was detecting the keyboard encryption service on startup and disabling it. I could not turn off windows defender as it just turns itself back on and methods such as gpedit and registry edit did not help. Also no way to exclude the service from defender. It seems we no longer have control over our Windows operating system. In the end I used a spare ESET license I had and that turned off windows defender and now keyboard encryption is working again ... well mostly. I still need to turn off the keyboard encryption module to get ESET gui to launch !
