Problems with PG won't updated ...

    Hello
    I having problems with PG. I installed again because I change Hard Drive. I have license however this program do not updated and also I give access to wgatray.exe in order use physical memory but it kept blocked from accessing, .. anyway so Do I have to download again from the site or should I uninstall and reinstall or What suggestions do you think I should do?//
