Problems with integration NOD32 - Outlook2013 - Win Live Mail

I'm using x64 outlook 2013 and I have problems with the integration of NOD32 in it. It's not possible to send or received any mail. When I turn of integration then everything goes well.

Later, I see this problem in Windows Live Mail.

Is it safe to turn off all these integrations?, and when we except resolving of this problem?

Using Win7 Pro x64, Outlook 2013 x64, Win Live Mail, NOD32 Antivirus 6.0.308.0 x64

I think it is known issue.
Marcos wrote here https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=340690 that issue is going to be resolved in upcoming release of product.

Yes, I read this for outlook 2013. But when I saw this in Windows Live Mail and when my client get 10 email's instead just only one that I sent to him... Then I decide to write on this forum.
