I sent your company the following email, but didn't receive a response:

I hope you do read this and respond, as I have not gotten responses to my past emails.

I just installed Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 8

and ProcessGuard stops several components from accessing Physical Memory, so they crash.

When I click on the Allow Phys. Memory, the button depresses but has no effect.

When I go to Security and try to add the EXE to the Protection list, nothing happens.

When I try to Add Application to the Protection list, nothing happens.

So I can only use Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 by completely disabling Process Guard, which I don't want to do.

    Please, please respond

    thank you

Re: Problems with Easy Media Creator 8 Fixed!

It seems that by updating to version 3.4, the problems have gone away.

It still bothers me that no one responded to my last few emails nor to this forum posting, but by myself, I found a solution.

After installing, did you try running it in learning mode. That should have configured the new program for you.

Yes, I tried the learning mode, but it didn't help.

Fortunately, the update fixed the problem.
