I'm having a lot of problems with it recently - this fw doesn't remember already trusted files ! I thought it was because of paranoid settings I used, so I switched to default ones - and still the same - it doesn't remember already trusted files and programs and runs them in sandbox or partially limited. This happens occasionally, but consistently and anoys me a lot. WTF o_O Have you encountered same problems ?

Nope, what's your OS and firewall version? Any other previous firewalls?

yes, I use now and before Advanced care, no problems at all.

Guys, can you recommend me other free firewall, which is not worse than Comodo ? Yesterday again my browser( ! ) was blocked.

Try running the uninstall tools of those suites (maybe in Safe Mode) to make sure every trace is gone. Make certain Windows Firewall and its service isn't running.

Registry cleaners does cause problems, which aren't always visible. They give you no performance boost on XP and above, that's for sure.

thanks. Iuninstalled every suite with vendors special uninstall tools, so it should not be a cause. Will try to check windows fw.

Some comodo settings are stored in the registry, some registry cleaners depend on the settings could be able to delete it.
Take a look the next time

checked windows fw - it's disabled. I have some thoughts: can it be MBAM Pro interferes with Comodo FW ? Maybe I also shoud reinstall Comodo fw if it was affected by registry cleaner ?

It could be but is just an assumption since CIS store many settings in the registry.
I have been using registry cleaners like ccleaner, WinASO Registry Optimizer, jv16 together with Comodo without any problem.

I don't think that MBAM is the problem.
