Question about Backup & Sync Regarding Backup & Sync I have a WSA Complete license and in the desktop UI it shows available space as 10 gigs, while the product description says 25 gigs. Why the discrepancy? TIA
It could be from when you purchased the license - I believe the older licenses were 10gb and the newer ones are 25gb. I suggest writing into our support inbox for them to see exactly what state you're in.
Yes, that's probably it - I had an AV license that was automatically upgraded to "complete" a while back. By the way, does the data remain accessible if the license lapses or do the contents get deleted?
