    Hi,

Did you "Clean-UP!" Disk & Registry clutter in recent memory? Did you "Defragment" as well?

This sounds to me like a access timing issue, often related to over filled HD and/Or sometimes both (clutter & fragmentation)

You can use this tool to clean up both http://www.ccleaner.com/ use it to scan & clean then defragment your disk and re-boot. If this didnt fix it you may have some other issue....
