Problems uninstalling trial version

Hi All,

I have purchased the full version of ESET Smart Security, but cannot uninstall the trial version. Everytime I try to run the uninstall program from ESET it gives me the error "A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: C\windows\installer\ess_nt32_enu[1].msi"

Everything I have tried has failed (moving the file, renaming the file, etc). It just does not want to locate that file - not sure if the [1] in the filename is part of the problem or what.

Any suggestions?

should be >> ess_nt32_enu.msi

the [1] comes from the IE cache - did you install the MSI from cache right after download?
