    Hi Everyone,

    Having computer problems or hard drive crashes lately?
    Has that shiny new software caused you nothing but problems?
    Are you losing your keys?
    Are communications unclear?
    Developers, has your new ad campaign or product launch fallen flat?
    Just blame it on Mercury Retrograde. :)
