Problems accessing files from mounted image

    After reformatting my computer, I mounted my old image in Acronis True Image 8 in Windows XP (SP2) to recover some bookmarks and things from my old system. I then browsed to the mounted drive and tried to access files from C:\Documents and Settings\<userid>, however I was quite surprised to find I got a permission denied error when trying to access these files. I am logged in with an administrator account, so I didn't think this would be an issue.

    The only way I was able to get to these files, was to backup my system, restore the old image, boot the old system and copy the files out, and then restore my new image back. Needless to say this is QUITE an annoyance. Is there any way I could get past this permission denied problem and access these files through the mounted image?
