problem with version 10

    I have just upgraded from version 9 to 10.
    The installation has been successful but whenever I open the program I get the prompt shown in the image. I am NOT using snap restore by any means.

    Please be aware that we have not heard about such problems of Acronis True Image before and so we would like to investigate this one with your assistance, if you have time for this of course.

    Could you please clarify if you have installed Acronis True Image 10.0 Home over Acronis True Image 9.0 Home or did you uninstall Acronis True Image 9.0 Home prior to the installation of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home?

    Please also check if the file "bitmap.acr" exists in the root of your system partition (c:\ ).

    Please clarify if Acronis True Image 10.0 Home starts if you press "Yes" button on this confirmation window. Did you get this confirmation window if you open any other application?

    Please also create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support with the subject indicating that you want to contact Aleksandr Isakov. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    1)As I had bought the upgrade, I did not uninstall version 9 before installing version 10.
    2) On pressing the confirmation window the program starts normally and as of now I am not facing problems with creating backups.
    3) I am not getting the confirmation in any other program.
    4) As desired, all reports,files etc are on their way.
