Problem with update

    I am getting this error

    "An error occurred while updating virus signature database"

    Even my username is not expired I have 2 users both are not working, if there is an issue with user name it asks for new username but its giving above error, what should I do? License valid till 3/8/2010
    version 4.0.314.0

    Hello,

    I guess I have re-install again because issue is not fixed, why is that so? and can I use my old username and password for new version of Eset?

    If your license is current until 3/8/2010, you can download the new version.

    Hello,

    Where I can download the new version? I have tried the download link but it is asking for password.. And I have re-install the product but still it is giving error "An error occurred while downloading update files"
