Problem with Update Help Please !!

    I,m trying to update Nod but every time appears this message " Failure to open socket " what i need to do i ha ve followed the extra settings steps but i dont,t know why it fails in update.

    Hi killafornia, welcome to Wilders.

    If an attempt to open a socket fails, then there is either another program interfering with NOD32, or there is a serious problem with the operating system itself, as quote by Marocs HERE

    So what i need to do in order to know what its that program interfering with my NOD.

    What previous antivirus software did you have on your machine prior to installing NOD32?
