Problem with uninstalling arcavir on vista

My friend has a problem with uninstalling arcavir on vista... how to force it?
He told he think some virus is blocking access to unistaller. What he can do?

i would then suggest running the installation of Arcavir and if you see a 'repair' feature during that, use it.

if not, re-install it and try to un-install once more.

 

If that fails you can always try windows installer cleanup.Install it and run it see for any reference to Arcavir or the developer of Arcavir,publisher if present select that entry and press on remove confirm the warning.
