problem with restoring with universal restore

    hello

    i have acronis true image server instald with universal restore.

    when i try to restore an image i dont get the option to use the universal option.

    can anyone help me?

    Hi,

    To have the universal Restore option, you have to restore using the Acronis Rescue CD with the Acronis product AND universal restore included.
    Normally you can't do it from windows directly, apart from BartPE with Mustang's Plugin.
