    Hi,
    I've been trying to purchase ESET Smart Security for a couple of days now, my trial has run out. However after adding it to my basket & I click on view basket I get this warning message from firefox;

    https://eset.com.au/store/cart.php?act=cart

    This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to eset.com.au, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

    What Should I Do?

    If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

    Technical Details
eset.com.au uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 25/12/2009 10:59 AM.

    (Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

So I am unable to proceed to purchase.

    Is it safe to continue?
I have tried to purchase from other countries but it always redirects back to this site.

    What to do?

    Thanks

If you still experience difficulties, just give them a phone call. They are very helpful and can renew it over the phone if you prefer.
