Problem with page htp.com

    Hi,

    I have problem with computer (windows XP). When I restart my computer so my homepage seznam.cz or other changed ona htp.com. I have in directory WINDOWS hp.htm always. Delete no help me.
    I know that will problem with registry but I dont now where

    Please, help me anyone
