I have been trying out the Incognito LiveCD.

On the desktop, they've included a file to run that transfers the software to a USB flash drive, but I can't seem to get my flash drive to boot up like the CD does.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot, as I'm not familiar with Gentoo?

Though not Linux-related, you may need to setup your PC to boot from USB device - in BIOS/CMOS settings. Reorder USB device 'above' the HDD.

Since I can boot up my Acronis bootable flash drive from the same port, I assume that shouldn't be a problem, unless I'm missing something.

Edit: Acronis boots from the very same USB flash drive that the Incognito LiveCD won't boot from.
