Just installed DB Pro 10. When using the wizard to backup My os drive after hitting apply I immediately encounter the message "Launcher.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am using the registered ver. (won it in the giveaway, THANKS!).

Can you check your event log in Computer Management to see what was the problem? Also, if you have removable media, try temporarily disconnecting them (card readers, flash drives, USB hub).

    Sure, here it is.
    Thanks for the speedy reply.
EDIT: BTW I was using Back and Recovery Free Edition with no problems.
It failed in the same manner after I installed DB Pro.

Ok, I tried disconnecting my usb printer (which has a memory card reader), same problem. The only other usb device attached is my wireless mouse and keyboard. Only 1 ps2 connector on this motherboard (keyboard OR mouse).
    Both hdds are sata
