Geez, I'm having a problem with Avira SS. Yesterday when my scheduled full system scan started, it stopped at the 62% mark. I waited about fifteen minutes, and it never restarted. I decided to try a manual scan. Same thing happened, only this time it stopped at the 86% mark. I've never had this problem until this latest update. I've tried a couple of times with a both the scheduled scan and the manual scan, I can't get it passed those percentage marks. I'll post this at the Avira forum also. I hate to have to go with another AV, but................ EDIT.......I uninstalled Avira SS and installed Avira PE Premium. I configured it, and scheduled a full system scan. The scan ran without a problem. I have no idea what the problem with Avira SS was. Oh well, I've been thinking of switching to Avira PE Premium and a stand alone firewall anyway.
