When I install Avira Premium on windows 7 64-bit it disables the webguard on startup. Has anyone figured out a way around this, yet? I normally use comodo and nod32, but I see in the WSF Polls section that the majority uses avira premium. It works great on vista 64, but I can't get the webguard to even enable on windows 7 beta build 7000.

Since I can't leave my system unprotected while waiting for a response I will install nod32 64 bit and comodo. Judging by the WSF polls though I should be using avira or a router.

I highly doubt the webguard is even necessary.

Web scanning is far from useless.

Yes, there are some issues with WebGuard on all Windows OS.
Apparently it blocks the DNS Server. I guess it is being fixed right as we speak and a new update will be delievered soon.
