Problem with a trojan horse

    i cant delete a trojan horse completely. its coming on every startup..o_O

    I'm not familiar with trojans but you need to give as much information as possible before anybody on this forum can help.
    Do you know the name of the trojan
    What are the symptoms
    What have you done to try to eliminate it
    Do you know where it resides etc.etc.
