No problems with TI on 2 other computers. On Dell 1405, using recovery CD boot (boots OK), I get an error massage E000101F4 unsupported hard disk drives. I also tried to create an Acronis Secue Zone from Windows and that fails.

I suspect TI may have a problem with Dell's Media Direct hidden partition. Anyone else have this problem?

Turns out this problem was GoBack. If I disable it, as Acronis recommends, its ok. Don't need to on my other computers though.

As far as latest version goes, I found another problem where the rescue mode boot would not recognize backup archives made by a (somewhat) later version. Had to make a new rescue CD. Thats from 9.12266 to 9.13677. Acronis should make this more well known...if you update burn a new rescue CD.

Glad to hear you resolved your issues. The Recovery CD is backwards compatible but not all previous CD's usable on newer backups. The file format was changed on more recent versions. There have been several postings in this regard.
