problem to reach de database !

Hi, my system (windos visat home premium SP2 , bullgard 8.7 (firewall oke) en prevx 3.0.4.218 has a problem to contact de database from prevx if i will do a scan, is there a problem (on y or your site) ?

We are not experiencing any outages worldwide currently but there could be a handful of reasons why it wouldn't be reachable properly.

Could you let me know if you're using K9 Web Protection? This product is known to create the warning you are experiencing.

If not, we'll investigate further!

 

hi, i dont have another configuration or what else, mostly i can reach de database, but so now and than no contact. or k9 is in i don't no ....
last weekend things are oke, but last friday it was bad ....
