Hi all. I occasiuonally delete excess RollBackRx snapshots to keep them to a minimum. I lock a couple of them once I know they work without any problems and delete all of the rest of the Unlocked snaps.

But recently, whenever I open the RB console, it loads and starts to load the list\ of snapshots and then freezes and give me a message that "Shield has stopped working".

That's as far as I can get.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hi pratzert,

I had that happen when I was using RB v9 several months ago. I no longer use RB but would offer the following suggestions:

    1. It's always a good idea to do a snapshot defrag immediately after deleting snapshots.

    2. If you continue to have the Shield issue, uninstall RB, then reinstall & reactivate it.

GREAT ! I'll prolly go ahead and do a reinstall and hope that will solve the problem.

I seem to have had mor problems with the last build than ever before with RB.

    Thanks for the help.

Make sure you unInstall to the CURRENT SNAPSHOT... the unINSTALL DEFAULT is to the original BASELINE, probably not what you want.

    Thanks for the tip.

I'll make sure it is the current snap.

    Regards.
