    My real-time protection is switched off now and then - why?

    No, it is really off in settings.

    Make that 2 for this option. I have yet to ever have an issue with Prevx.

    If this hasn't sorted it, let me know. Could you also let me know what other security software you have installed and what OS you're using? Its possible that a recent update from their end has temporarily killed our protection (as happened with McAfee and Prevx last week).
