Problem: Outlook 2003 and Emon.dll

Using NOD32 v 2.7
Outlook Standard 2003
XP Pro

I get error message saying "Emon.dll could not be installed or loaded." Only way to stop it is exit and restart Outlook. Also, Emon doesn't release when exiting Outlook so I can not back it up pst file - getting message that another file or program has file locked.

Any suggestions, other than trashing Outlook, too many of my clients use it. lol

Have re-installed Outlook but that didn't solve problem.
