Can you guys check if you can reproduce this problem, looks like some idiot at Facebook has messed things up. The problem: When you click on a pic and close it, the page will scroll back to the top. This happens on both Firefox and Chrome on the desktop. https://www.instagram.com/topraky/?hl=nl https://www.instagram.com/fetching_tigerss/
Thanks, this bug was introduced about a week ago. It never ceases to amaze me how many morons are employed at big companies like Facebook/Instagram. How the hell didn't they manage to notice and fix this flaw? And Facebook also has one of the most bloated and badly designed sites ever, I can't say this enough.
Still no fix, let's see how long it will take for these geniuses to fix this. Even worse, for some strange reason it seems like you can't post any pics on Facebook anymore, at least not via the desktop. I've tested it on Chrome and Firefox.
You gotta be kidding me, on some profiles the bug still exists! What type of morons are working for Facebook? The problem is on the first link, in the second it works OK. https://www.instagram.com/joellegullitc/ https://www.instagram.com/beautybylamya/
I can only reproduce it with this link on Firefox: https://www.instagram.com/topraky/?hl=nl (post #1) All other links are working (FF + Chrome)
LOL, turns out I'm not the smartest, perhaps I should apply for a job at FB. The problem lays in the "?hl=nl" addition. I removed it from the first link and now it does indeed work correctly. So, they should fix it. Thanks for the help.
Mood, I'm afraid I have some bad news. It seems like almost all Instagram pages now have this problem on Firefox, but it doesn't happen on Chrome and Vivaldi. Are these guys for real? Perhaps you can check it out: https://www.instagram.com/bethan_kershaw/ https://www.instagram.com/laurenjane_xo/
Thanks for checking, I really wonder why they keep messing up. It's almost like they are doing this on purpose, surely nobody can be this stupid? Well, this isn't a real solution. The solution is that Zuckerberg should fire all of those moron-web developers he's employing.
I think it is a solution, at least a decent workaround. Anyway, I am not an Instagram guy so it doesnt bother me. Bo
