Problem File...need help

I just recieved an email stating that I had "Received a greeting card from a family member"

Well nobody has that email address so I knew it was fake but wanted to check it out. It opens up a "Save As/Open" box so I saved it and scanned it with NOD32 and Ewido. Neither found anything. It saves a file called postcard.gif.exe. I submitted it to Jotti and here are the results:

I am going to submit the sample to ESET for review.

Can anybody tell me if this is actually anything or just a false positive?

 

With the way this file used to come on your disk and the name it have (double extention .gif.exe), I guess it is not a good file ....
