Yes, but it should not do it by default, who knows, what else it does. I do not trust MS deciding, what is the best for the user, while doing the opposite, so I will pass.
Not sure what you mean my "MS deciding". If by MS you mean Microsoft they have nothing to do with Process Lasso. As for Process Lasso defaults and "what else it does" it's easy enough to just look at the settings and adjust them as needed.
