Private Firewall IP Blocklist Import & SPI Questions

    I've been giving Private Firewall a try and noticed it has an IP whitelist / blacklist feature. Is it possible to import an IP blocklist rather than manually enter the IPs one by one?

    Also how is the packet filtering of this firewall compared to the windows built-in firewall and others? I found this info http://www.mntolympus.org/SPFSPIFWS.html but have not been able to find anything newer.
