    Good. With many state laws, even opponents will want uniform federal laws.

    Let's just hope that those federal laws aren't totally industry-friendly.

    USA still the best. But barely.
    The penalties have to hurt. Not change thrown in a hat.

    So I wonder how one disputes that. Prove an alibi? And to whom? Sue them for defamation of character?
