Privacy Expert 2003 Question

If you have this program do you know if:

I have Acronis Privacy Expert 2003, build 234.
On the update page is Acronis Privacy Expert Suite 7.0.
Is this free update for me?

Here's a warning about this product:

This product does not clean the PC of all traces of use, After cleaning the PC, I still have to go into my file recovery program to destroy the same files this product has just cleaned.

I bet like me not many people knew about this flaw when we bought the program.

Please contact support@acronis.com regarding this problem. Please include in your request the names and locations of files that are not cleaned out with Acronis Privacy Expert 2003.
