Printing in Outlook Express

    I am having trouble printing anything from outlook express. It prints my name at top of page and from,to,sent, and subject but does not print the body of the letter. I downloaded thunderbird and it prints fine. Has anyone had this problem.

    bamaman66, 2 areas to look at. OE uses the IE browser engine for printing so first, open IE, go to Page Setup and make sure that all the settings have not changed, especially Paper Size.

    Second, go to View > Encoding and make sure that the right encoding is selected for the area of the world you live in. For example, my IE 6.0 is set for Western European (ISO). Hopefully, others will give you their OE suggestions soon.

    I still haven't got my problem solved. Today I downloaded windows live mail to see if the problem existed in windows live mail. It performed the same as outlook express. The headers printed but nothing printed in the body.
