You have a much more diverse range of products sold than the stores I've seen here! Norton and McAfee are pretty much the only ones I've seen, sadly.

Here in Canada stores are full of CA and people with some kind of site licences that can install as many as they want (thats what I was told).

Also Norton 2007 $39.99 and McAfee 2007 $44.99 are available. As I could see many people use eBay to get these because they can get a lot better deal....

Once I saw F-Secure IS 2006 and TrendMicro IS at Staples. They were around $60 as I remember.

I never saw Kaspersky, Panda, BitDefender....

Go to Frys.com, tigerdirect.com or newegg.com and you can usually find a full value mail-in rebate for many of the AV's you list. It is kinda hit or miss but if you check over the course of a couple/three weeks you will usually find a rebate for what you want to buy.

Yeah Fry's Electronics is a great place to find AV rebates. The local Fry's in my area carries F-Secure, CA, McAfee, Tend, Norton, Kaspersky and Panda usually with nice rebates... I try not to go there as much since I usually come out broke. :cautious: Fry's current AV price list

Prices of almost all the security products that sold in China (also no

    discounts):

    Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 57€ (RMB 570 )

    Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 32€ (RMB 320 )

    Norton Internet Security 2007 30€ (RMB 299 )

    Mcafee Internet Security 2007 28€ (RMB 280)

    TrendMicro PC-cillin Internet Security 2007 40€ (RMB 399 )

    Panda Antivirus 2007 40€ (RMB 398 )

    ESET NOD32 33€ (RMB 328 )

    AhnLab Anti-Virus V3 BLOCK 2006 20€ (RMB 198 )

    Virus Chaser 5.0a 24€ (RMB 238 )

    Rising Anti-Virus 2007 30€ (RMB 298 )

    Jiangmin Anti-Virus 2007 23€ (RMB 228 )

    Kingsoft Internet Security 2007 26€ (RMB 258 )

    Guanghua Anti-Virus 2006 19€ (RMB 188 )

    Antiy GhostBusters 5.2.0 7€ (RMB 69 )

    IP Armor 2007 6€ (RMB 60 )

PS: The per capita monthly income is about 80€ in the big cities in China.

MS Windows XP Home sold 150€ (RMB 1498 ) and MS Office 2003 sold 420€ (RMB 4212 ) here.

People here must work for 6 months to buy a MS Office 2003 !

Then you know why there are so many people who use pirated software in China.

Its almost the same case here in India. Prices of software, especially Windows and Office, are far too high. Piracy is rampant. :(
