PrevxCSI problem

    PrevxCSI (paid version) is popping up error windows constantly on a customer's computer. I was unable to uninstall CSI, or reinstall over the top - so have just deleted the directory (program files\prevx). This has stopped the errors, but I still cannot reinstall the program & get this error:

    Other security in use on this computer is Avast.

    As Prevx would not run, I could not contact support through the regular channels from the pc. Is there a CSI uninstaller please?
