And I have the beta, and all of these are very true and good. I really like what they have done in this next release. They just took a giant leap forward.:)

And as I said earlier, this is the one that shows their dedication not only to their product, but the consumer, and that is really all I care about from any of this vendors.

I think that one sentence says, almost, not yet, but Notok can followup about it.

I had an issue with the previous build crashing my pc. Over the last week or so I have worked with Prevx support to get this fixed. Yesterday they asked me to download this version to confirm the problem was fixed. They were right. It fixed it. Very nice work from the folks at Prevx. :)

I would uninstall and do a reinstall, but copy your license first. I may be wrong though. If you hit updates and it doesnt come through, do the uninstall. I just followed this procedure tonight.

I checked for updates and it said I was up to date. Do I download from the normal download web site?

I just now reinstalled Prevx. I shall run it in expert mode, of course. Why expert mode? I'm sorry but... modesty precludes my answering that question.:D :D :)

Re: Prevx1 New Version is out.

    Hi WSFuser,

Vista support is not quite there yet.

All that line means is that we've made some of the internal changes required for supporting Vista. There's still more to do though.

Vista just doesn't let us do some of the things we used to do in the ways we used to do it, but we haven't found anything yet that we can't work around.

    Regards,

    ghiser1

    :D :D :D :D

On a serious note where is the notification of this new build?
    Instructions for proper installation?
Manual update does not do it as of today. :doubt:

If you are using Prevx1 you have to install the new version after uninstalling your old version.
Can be read on the Prevx site.

    @fax (and ghiser1)
went to your links as above
the New version is listed as:
I think I know what you guys have done; but, there appears to be no direction from PX about what should be done
The latest dl from PX appears to be the new version.

AS a licensed user I was wondering where the new release would be announced and when. ??

Nothing on the CCops forum as of 6 hours ago.(haven't checked since)

    Regards
