Prevx1 Deleted Jailed Items on doubleclicking

I just installed Prevx1 and it scanned for malware. When it finished, it put 3 items in Jail. When I doubleclicked on the items to see what the Prevx1 site had to say about them, the site came up with the info, but the items disappeared from the "Jail".

Is this a bug? What caused them to be removed from "Jail"?

Most probably those files were analyzed by prevx analysts and recognized as false positive in the same moment you clicked on files. So, after double click, Prevx Agent checked online and found that those files weren't malware anymore.

 

Thank you for the information. That gives me more confidence.

I have recently had some serious problems with SSM and have uninstalled it in favor of Prevx1. I like both programs, and SSM Tech Support says they have found the problem and will fix it urgently.

I am not sure if I need both programs or not.
