    Maximum on HTTPS always

If you are using Windows in Standard User/Limited User Account with SRP
    HTTP: Medium

If you are using Windows in Administrator account
    HTTP: High

I find no slow down at all on either!

HTTPS is at Max by default to fully protect your Banking sessions and Online credentials and I have my HTTP set to High without problems!

I've found no noticeable impact on performance whatever the settings.
