I have been using Prevx for about 6 months and have tried using it with various AV,s such as AntiVir, BitDefender, Avast and Norton and as a standalone. I have a wireless router and run Windows FW.

So far running Prevx as a standalone suite has been effective, no infections of malware, I have scanned with KAV online and Ewido for the last couple of months to check.

Do other Prevx users run additional security software with Prevx or do you run standalone? If you do run other software are you tempted to run Prevx as a standalone suite?

I run Nod + outpost + App/Reg Defend with Prevx

I'm not tempted to have all my eggs in the one basket - but I like prevx a lot.

I'm quite sure that Prevx1 does alot more than Faronics Anti-Executable.
Yesterday, I installed Look 'n' Stop and Prevx1 in a frozen snapshot. Each threat that bypasses Look 'n' Stop or Prevx1 is removed by the frozen snapshot anyway during the next reboot.
I hope it works. After 6 months I can tell you more. :D
