Prevx SOL 3.0.5.219 & VisualRoute 2010

Just a quick sanity check before I continue some further in depth diags later tomorrow but I'm having some difficulty using a VR remote agent on an XP Pro remote where PX is (understandably) flagging the RA as a "stealthed trojan" which I duly override as "Trust always" but then subsequently "appears" to stop the RA running when invoked again?
If I create a new agent, it duly works the first time only at the moment this appears consistently reproducible.

I'm actually creating the NTA from a Mac 10.6.4 VR 14.0f install.

Has this scenario been tested by PX or others?

 

You will likely need to lower the Prevx SafeOnline protection from Maximum to High to allow you to view the PC's desktop remotely. Otherwise, SafeOnline will be blocking multiple components of it for security purposes.
